Taking Method

Purchase ticket

Ticketing machine with touch-screen sells single-journey ticket and contactless smart card. Please follow the steps adhered on it to purchase ticket or referring to the following below.
Information counter sells all kinds of tickets.

Single Journey Ticket Issuing Machine

1.Touch screen to purchase tickets.(Available in 10 languages).
2.Select the destination and the number of tickets.
3.Put in cash.
4.Pick up the single-journey tickets and change.

Card Vending Machine / Add Value Machine

1.Touch screen to select services. (Available in 10 languages)
2.Select Services. (Card Vending / Add Value).
3.Add Value：Place card and input value.
4.Card Vending：Choose card and input cash.
5.Pick up the card or receipt.。

Automatic Gate

Automatic Gate (Enter paid area)

1.Touch contactless smart card or single-journey ticket on gate sensor.
2.Enter paid area when the gate opens.

Automatic Gate (Leave paid area)

1.Contactless smart card users touch the card on gate sensor to leave paid area.
2.Single-journey ticket users touch the ticket on gate sensor then put into retrieving hole to leave paid area.

PASSENGER AGENT OFFICE (PAO)

Tickets / Card Vending Service：Single-journey tickets, EasyCard, iPass and Group ticket are available.
Value Added Service ：EasyCard, iPass are available.
