Passengers can download their ride history for the last 30 days from the "Taoyuan Airport MRT TICKETS" APP.
Passengers who want to search their ride history outside the last 30 days, may proceed to the Station Information Counter to fill out an inquiry form and will be charged a fee of NT$20 for processing, and NT$5 for each additional page.

If the mobile phone is unable to use this system to display the QR Code due to mobile phone loss, malfunction, and battery exhaustion, it will not be able to accept the reissue of the ticket. Passengers must purchase a ticket separately.
Once the mobile phone has been repaired properly, the unused QR Code is limited to the validity of the ticket and can be refunded from the system by yourself. Please keep the QR Code safe and make sure that your phone is in good working order and has sufficient power before you ride the metro.
When the ticket card balance is less than NTD100, and the automatic recharge function is turned on, it will automatically top-up at the gate when entering the station.
The Debit EasyCard and iPASS Card cannot be automatically topped-up at the Company's gates. The Taipei and New Taipei 1280 Public Transport regular ticket is currently not available on the Taoyuan Metro system.
